  • The VILLA "I Matter" Scholarship will provide tuition assistance to graduating seniors enrolling in an accredited undergraduate program in the fall. A $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to a graduating high school senior who excels academically and is actively involved in community service.

  • The Ronald G. Williams, Jr. Foundation was formed in memory of Delaware State Police Master Corporal Ronald G. Williams, Jr., and to honor his commitment to faith, family, and duty. The Criminal Justice scholarships are open to high school seniors from Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, having at least a 2.5 GPA or equivalent, and who are pursuing an education, majoring in Criminal Justice. The award must then be applied to full-time schooling and any accredited college/university, with a declared major in Criminal Justice, starting in the Fall of that same calendar year. Winners will be notified by mail, and have their names, high school name, and essay posted on the Foundation’s Internet website in July of that same year.
